Thanks it gets easy after few days, I live of black coffee and herbal tea during my fasting window, I tend to aim 20 hours of fast, but some days if I feel like eating early I’ll do 16/18hours, I’m such a feeder and eater, I like snacking a lot so this really helps me stay focused and stops me snacking, wish u the best in…
