I have had the original two shots and first booster and I'm over 50 but not currently planning to get the fourth shot based on what I've read about it so far. If it's changed to target other variants and there's an uptick in cases next fall then I'll reconsider.

Yesterday I baked a very small pork tenderloin in a bit of vermouth, soy sauce, ginger and sesame oil. Today I did a simple stir fry with some of the pork, hoisin sauce and soy sauce using frozen green beans and snap peas served over white rice.
