I've met the goal of AF Sun-Thu this week. I may or may not have a couple of drinks today and tomorrow. Playing it by ear. Somebody earlier made a comment about drinking out of habit and I think that's what I do on the weekends. By making Sunday AF I'm attempting to make it less habitual and more of an active decision.

Lemon parm salad and spaghetti alla carbonara using the rest of the bacon and some pecorino rather than guanciale and parm because that's what was in the fridge. I think this is only the second time I've ever made this pasta dish and it seems to have turned out OK. In any case it was delicious.

For January I'm planning to extend my usual Mon-Thu AF to Sun-Thu AF. I like tart cherry juice with sparkling water or club soda as a non-alcoholic beverage. It provides the stronger flavor that I prefer. I'm going to start trying to create a mocktail of the week for this month as well.
