We’re all in this together. Let’s all keep in mind progress is progress. The small goals are equally important as the big goals. Having PCOS and higher insulin levels make it harder to lose weight but no matter how hard the struggle is a pound is a pound and an inch is an inch. We can do this CYSTERS!

We definitely can. I find keeping my calories a day at 1500 or less helps me and limiting as much sugar as you can. Most doctors don’t actually know enough about PCOS because they don’t specialize in it, so finding a specialist in women’s health and disease would benefit you.
