Hi, I did T25 last year (November/December) I kept my calories around 1200-1400. And my HRM showed that I burned around 250-300 cals per workout. Instead of sugar, you can use 3/4 cup isomalt and 3/4 splenda?? I think the cinnamon, oats and whole-wheat flour are fine. Instead of butter, try grapeseed/canola oil. Hope that helps :)
