I felt the same way as you. I was so upset I dropped 1.9 this week. I know look at it this way; a 2 pound loss is better than a 2 pound gain. I know it's frustrating but you've got this. Feel free to add me if you need support.

That's what I normally do. I have 100 pounds to lose. If I look at the big picture, I have a tendency to get really frustrated and stuff my face with nutter butters (those are the peanut butter wafer things, right? I had one. She died though. Now I switched over to a California King snake named Fluffy. I think he's 6 years old so he's still pretty young in snake years.

Same here. Lost 128 pounds and gained all but 12 pounds of it back when my mom passed away. I'm so ready to get it back off again. Hate being this out of shape. Well, I'm round but it's not the kind of shape I want to be. :-/
