i've done ww and it was easy a few years ago. every food had points. now it's a lot more complicated. i tried it again a year ago and didn't lose any. the meetings were great for motivation. they have great apps. but it just didn't work for me. MFP is a lot easier. everything has calories. that's what counts anyway.…
