The months of January-March seem to be long. But I'm continuing to ramp up my journey in decluttering (my house) and losing the stuff that sucks up my energy. I work in a hospice that only houses cancer patients. The patients who seem to fare much better are those who enter the facility with a healthy weight. I would echo all given advice and hugs to you and your family.

I can so relate...also some of my bags are way too big for my frame. Had to sell some really expensive bags - the jewelry too.
