  • fresh 1/4 pound burger cooked in my air fryer on a fresh roll....beats MCD and BK any day.
  • All the trainers Ive worked with steer me away from supplements in favor of getting what I need from eating healthy and eating good foods. I do take some supplements like Mg, B2, D, and Tumeric for overall health and maintenance, but for the most part, I avoid supplements.
  • I take 400mg of Magnesium Bisglycinate (2x200mg capsules) every night. It helps me sleep and helps with migraines (I also take 400mg of Riboflavin (B2) as well for that). Would be nice to track those....
