I don’t really live in an igloo lol, I hail from Northern Saskatchewan.

So what would be a good healthy Calorie deficit? Let’s say for a person who’s body burns 1800 standing calories. Obviously a person would not so drastically cut the calories to an unhealthy point ie: 500 - 1000 a day.

As a cook l boil eggs all the time. I usually run them under cold water for a while (5min) then the peel usually comes off smooth. Once in a while you just get a stubborn egg ☺️, otherwise it works eggsellent 😂

I notice on MFP that when you enter the calories you burn during a work out it adds them to your Calories on your food diary. It doesn’t make sense to me to add the calories back that I just burned. What is the science behind this?

Sometimes I watch 600 pound life and I notice Dr Now tells his patience “No Carbs, Sugars, No starchy foods” with that said, Why would they not just be in a 1200 Cal diet which includes these food groups. That’s why I ask if all calories are valued the same when being consumed.

I was quite bloated before the new year. I noticed that the bloating has gone away. I have an omron scale the does the full body comp and fat gas only gone down 1%, I get discouraged easily lol. Just have to keep going.

I get frustrated with my body, in the past I would drop , level out , drop , level and so on. Yes at the same time I have to be patient. I started off with xygular (two shakes a day) plus a protein and veg for dinner and now am eating Paleo. I know diet is 80% of Weight loss.
