Low iron and fatigue
Does anyone else experience fatigue especially after their period? I seem to have all this energy and then after my period I’m completely exhausted with no energy?

Yesturday I was going about my day, 10 days into 16:8 fasting ... and Bam 💥 I’m struck with severe chest pains, wobbly vision, sweating and dizziness. Gaining on IMF!!
doing IMF and was losing... now I’m gaining!! Why am I doing wrong? Still consumed around 1200 cal! Getting very frustrated. I’m eating One meal a day ... how the heck am I gaining! I did LA weight loss back in 2007 with good success. Of course I opted out of their “supplements/bars/shakes” and just followed my allowed foods. I remember having the “rapid results” menu that you followed for the first 20lbs. The foods on it where more strict. Anyone remember it? Just curious

I eat healthy. I work job that requires me to be in my feet for 10 hours. I work out when I can. I lose , but slowly. I’m a size 14-16, I’m curvy but yet still plus and still stuggle with confidence. Yes I am beautiful and so are all of you!! Just wanted to put that positive message out there!

Broken leg
It figures that the moment I start doing good and getting to the gym 3 times a week That I would go and slip on the bottom step and break my leg. Any suggestion on how to keep weight loss going, or will a calorie deficit stop the healing process? Felling bummed out ☹️
