  • I am 9 days into Keto and down 3 lbs. I don’t feel that great as I am used to food as entertainment. I am eating an avocado almost everyday. Do you think this is okay? It is the first time I have ever stuck to a diet. Planning to go until March. I need to lose 30lbs. I’ve gained 5 pounds a year for the past six years! Ugh
