I have a very hard time resisting sweets and carbs. I try to eat fresh fruits when i am craving them and it seems to be working. Instead of crunchy chips i have been eating crunchy carrots. I have a hard time getting up too. I would like to try to go on the treadmill in the morning but I'm going to have to get up a bit earlier.

I was once 8 lbs away from my goal weight. I lost 30lbs at that time. But now 53lbs to go! I turn to fruit when craving something sweet. I choose carrots instead of chips today and I really wanted chips. Gum works good for me too.

I really like your cheat day idea, I think I may try that. I once lost 30lbs by counting my calories and walking. I was 8lbs away from 130lbs. Stress, donuts, etc brought it all back plus more. As of today I now have 53 more lbs to go.

I'm going to be 37 this year and need to loose 53lbs. It has been a struggle to get motivated and exercise. I have been meal prepping for work which allows me to pre-program all my meals into my fitness pal. Add me if you would like 👍
