No it doesn't hurt unless it has calories but that's not much of an issue either. Like nothing wrong would happen if you just sip 50 more calories, they would get balanced because the more water you drink would be helping you to burn calories. Plain water is a real struggle, i go for lemonade and that s a delicious option
