  • I have been doing IF for a couple of weeks so far, still learning and am beginner's with keto as well. I was surprised of how somewhat satiated I am and not starving during the fasting periods. I think I'm undereating though, as it can be a challenge to not go over the 5-10% carb limit.
  • Only egg wouldn't be keto. You'll need plenty of veggies/salad along with protein & fat. Keto generally is: 5-10% carb/25% protein/65-80% fat 7-10c of veggies/salad per day.
