  • Was thin and active up until my 40s when my weight started to creep up. I will be 68 in a few days, and I am now 30 pounds above the top “normal” weight for my height. My knees are starting to tell me about it, so I am determined to ditch at least 20 pounds of this excess weight as I get ready to move into my “seniorhood”…
