Oh not really, i am actually not measuring by scale. I am pcod too but not diabetic though or have no sugar intolerance. May be my medical condition don’t lemme weigh less. I would start taking my measurements and will trust inches more than the weighing scale.

I am 35yo, female 5 feet. Weigh as of now 60 kgs. Need to get it around 52 kg but with same eating pattern. Added walking as an exercise.

Started walking in January almost walk for 50 minutes not that brisk but still manage to loose 140 calories only🙂 but instead of loosing i gained 2 kgs🙁

I am on 1200 calorie diet sometimes even eat less.
