  • 5’3” here. I’m 28. Goal weight is 150. I got down to 158 last spring but ballooned up to 183 over the move and stress of finding a new job. Currently down to 178 since the beginning of January.

  • Did you get a chance to go? If so how was it? I’ve gone to both Zumba and Step classes alone, didn’t know anyone (or the routines) and I LOVED it. My Zumba friends (all 50+ and I’m only 28) became amazing friends! Step is just fun. Some people say hi, but I’m more of a keep to yourself girl. I say go for it!
  • My diary is also open so feel free to look at what I do. I have eggs every day, and a plant based protein shake. I’ve also been making black bean burgers to have in my salad every day. I usually get 70-80g of protein. You only really need about 50-60g, unless you’re trying to bulk up then you need more.
  • I’m an ovo-vegetarian so I have eggs every day (1 whole egg and 3 egg whites) and make black bean burgers homemade which are so delicious! I also do a protein shake every night as “dessert) I’ve used plant fusion because it’s basically allergen free, but I’m currently using garden of life because of the challenge)
