Wow, I totally missed your response! I finished Sekiro and ng+, but I think I'll come back to it later again. Pretty enjoyable game, although DS3 is still my fav one because of the multiplayer.

Try Fitness Blender, they have hundreds of different exercises (HIIT, Strength training, pilates, low impact etc.) that are anywhere between 10 minutes to 1 hour, so you can start easy and slow.

I hate russian twists because they give me motion sickness (I'm quite susceptible to it). Lunges and squats would be fine if my knees weren't always killing me after the first set, so I gotta take it easy and use lighter weights, which makes me feel like I don't do enough. LOVE all upper body exercises.

I'm following one of Fitness Blender programs (mix of cardio, HIIT, lifting and pilates), working out 4-5 times a week and love it! I don't log my exercises (as I mainly do it to get fit and not burn calories), but I post daily about what kind of exercise I'm up to. Anyone can add me if you'd like!

Snowing all day! Vancouver is never ready for snow, lol. Cars stranded everywhere, Skytrain delayed by several hours. So we ended up having a snow day, stayed home and built a rabbit snowman :)
