It's morning time here. Plan of action is..... Wear my fitbit, do a YouTube workout, have eggs for breakfast and take the kids for a bike ride. Plus do all the boring house jobs that I've avoided doing urgh!

Hi :) I'm a mum of two (age 3 and 6) and I need friends to keep me motivated too! I live in the UK and since the gym shut due to lockdown, my weight has suffered. I just want to feel comfortable and not self conscious anymore. Evenings are the worst for me. Once the kids are in bed, I think of what bad snacks I can eat…
