My activity level isn’t very high I have a desk job although I try to workout 3-4 times weekly I am 32 and 5’3 I am about 80 pounds overweight. I did enter into MFP and it gave me 1200 calories daily for 2 pounds a week, and it just seems so low I’m not sure I could stick to it so I edited it to 1400 calories to give a…
