I believe that your meant to transition once you have become fat adapted or was it ketone adapted . Lovin it . Best thing I've done to date . Cut out bad carbs and eating mostly green vege and what ever protien your into chuck in an avocado here an there . Down 5kg and 4cm in 2wks of been 100% on it . I played around for a wk or 2 with the food beforehand to see if it was for me first . But I still had the odd cake here…
