Do not try IF if you have ANY past history of binge eating. I fell into a vicious cycle of yo-yo dieting when I did IF.

I worked with an RD but have been on my own the past month...I felt that I needed to liberate myself a bit and see if I was better. I was thinking of contacting her tonight.

My target deficit is 600 calories...I eat 1300 calories a day (maintenance is 1900 calories for me) and I don't get a ton of movement during the week since I work in an office. I truly track the calories for consistency purposes..I don't really believe in them (to be quite honest) as MFP says 1200 calories at low activity…
