My go to is a burrito bowl. 4oz of meat of choice (ground beef/turkey, chicken, steak) 1/2 c. Cooked quinoa 1/4-1/2c. Black beans rinsed 1/4-1/2c. Corn And add veggies of your choice. I use onions peppers and jalapeños. Avocado chunks would also be a good addition. (Approx. 300-400 cal per serving depending on meat)
