I quit soda 4 months ago. One of the best decisions I have ever made. I used to drink 6 sodas a day! A couple of days ago I discovered Spindrift at Target! I get that carbination without all of that sugar and calories <3 ! My husband thinks that they are gross lol which is cool with me because I get them all to myself!

I'm at 134 and I'm 5'2. I would like to lose the excess fat on my hips and build some muscle. Five years ago (before my second baby) I weighed 123lbs. I was "skinny fat." I did a lot of cardio but no weight training. This time I will be incorporating weight training ;)

If you aren't seeing the scale moving I suggest that you take measurements! The scale did that to me for a while as well. I felt so depressed! Once I started taking measurements I felt much much better. I still use the scale of course to see what is happening with my actual weight. Good luck! :D

Protein keeps me full for a very long time. I drink protein coffee every morning. I don't get hungry until 1pm! :) An egg as a snack is a great idea as well because it will keep you full. When I have eaten but I am still hungry I will drink water because being dehydrated does give us the feeling of hunger.

It took me about 15 pounds to see a difference. I was a size large in shirts and then dropped to a medium in shirts. I'm a pear shape so my top is smaller than my bottom half. Workout today: Got out of bed LOL Danced and sang while listening to my morning playlist and embarassed my kids in the process #winning Stationary Bike 14 minutes. Would have made it to 15 minutes but my kids were being trolls. Tonight I will go cardio drumming! Kid free! :D 2 hours of intense cardio.

I greatly decreased my junk intake (candy, chips, sugary cereal, etc..). I did quit soda 95 days ago :D I feel much better without it.
