I'm 27 and 5ft 1, it's sooo much harder to lose weight when you're short! My BMR for my height and weight in calories is 1200 as it is so if I need to lose weight I need a defecit on top of that and it's so difficult! Feel free to add me we can keep each other motivated to stay on track and reach our goals!

Regardless of what I eat I always find if I drink a whole pint of cold water before and another one after I've eaten, even if it's just a snack I feel full.

I've tried this before. It just tastes nasty. Didn't have any other impact other than that. Tried it for 2 weeks and had no effect at all. As long as there is a calorie defecit whether that's through your diet or how much you burn during exercise that's all there is too it.

Sweet and salty popcorn is good because it's low calorie and low fat and you can eat a large volume of it and it's so light. ☕ Coffee! Strong coffee :smiley: I usually have one cup a day but put in 3 heaped tea spoons, splash of milk and a spoonful of sugar and I don't feel hungry at all until late afternoon. Caffeine suppresses my appetite really well.
