It sure does. Mine is still lagging for sure and the fact many stores (not Dick's sporting goods) I need to buy clothes from won't let me try things on so I'm still wearing pants that were too big 50lbs ago. Spartan Sprint in July and Spartan Beast in September. Gotta improve upper body strength to do the climbing and things like monkey bars.

I was losing about 1.5 lbs a week for the first few months and then it slowed to about .5 lb a week. I would generally average 750 calorie deficit and then slowed that down to under 500 a day in general.

Hello everyone. I started really running a few years ago mainly to deal with stress. Have done a few races not too fast but finished them. I've been shifting races towards the obstacle races. I've got 2 of them signed up for next year so I better get into shape lol.

This coming summer I can take my kids to the beach or pool, not be the over weight dad but the fit 6 pack dad. Actually get tan and not worry about my skin condition with a tan, for the first time ever, because I will be jacked, and have the self confidence to not care what anyone else thinks.

When you hit your goal weight and it's not what you thought you would look like you set another goal, and another, and another... I'm not even sure what a goal weight is anymore but still trying to get my body to what I want it to be whatever that weight will end up.
