Thank you , Mostly i stop eating healthy and when i stop keeping track i tend to just eat whatever i want , then it turns into a few weeks and ive gained my weight back that a lost . never ending cycle pretty much

last week was high 80s , now its 60s n showers . i prefer the high 80s 😉
