That’s precisely how I find 6 days PPL. To get through it all I’m not focusing enough on each exercise. I like the sound of PHUL and hadn’t thought of using the spare day for a lagging body part. Thanks.

As with most said above it shouldnt be a problem. I would add to focus more on the right macros. It’s easy enough to gain muscle mass while still in a calorific deficit so long as your eating the right things.
