  • OP here...so we started doing smoothies and I swear you can’t taste the veg at all. We found a healthy Orange Julius recipe that’s nice and orangey. Also I am noticing a huge difference in how I feel - I feel not sick when I don’t have sugar- which makes me think a lot of it is in my mind.
  • I find that there’s a HUGE difference in my mood and tendency towards my depression between exercise days and non-exercise days. I am trying to use this and the better night’s sleep as motivators. Only mistake was listening to that one Rihanna song because it’s been in my head continuously for the past few hours....
  • I like this a lot - I love a good herbal tea or a good stretch. It’s hard at the office especially when they keep offering snacks but maybe a cup of tea or a quick walk outside will be enough?
  • 35 and trying to lose weight. Stupid sugar addiction! Am now trying smoothies instead of cookies for a bit of something sweet. Would love to offer/receive support! The power of a group!
  • I know it’s the same with sweets for me - the headaches are horrible!
  • Finally getting serious about this - work hours allow for a morning workout, but so hard to get out of bed when it's freezing!! Any suggestions welcome. Also tried smoothie today - added chia seeds, was very yummy - and a whole carrot! Couldn't even taste it!!
