@jspecies11 Don’t make changes yet. For over a month now, I go through stalls - twice for ten days and a few shorter. The weight loss eventually shows up each time. It is frustrating but it is my latest pattern. You could be going through the same. Give it a little time.

@Hilogirl2018 I am considering adding back carbs so I really appreciate reading your comments each day. I’ve been under 25 carbs a day for 6 months and followed it strictly but summer fruits may be too hard to give up 🙂 I already watch my calories so hoping to just continue that part and be less restrictive with carbs.…
