  • Hi there! Throw out the diets. I have learned that it is all about lifestyle change. Eat a good diet and make exercise a daily part of your life and you will lose the weight. Believe me. You can do it!
  • Hi, I am also back at it again. I am looking for friends and inspiration too. I lost 80 pounds about three years ago and have since gained 20 pounds back. I want to lose it and keep it off! So congrats and you can do it!
