Please go to the ED.. I’m a registered nurse and that is not normal. Especially with the symptoms you stated. You may have a bowel obstruction which can lead to a perforation then can be fatal. Even if it’s been happening for years doesn’t mean it’s a normal thing. It only takes one time and you’re *kitten* out of luck..…

I just started 80 day obsession today! I’m an avid runner but have plateaued on the weight loss so I wanted to add something. Which Beachbody workout gives you the quickest results? Going to the beach in 2 months and would like to lose 10-15 lbs still. Thanks!
