  • Every year my little town has a 5K turkey trot for Thanksgiving morning. Obviously I can't do that by next week, but my goal is to be in it next year. So my mini goals are at least to run a mile in 15 minutes by February and loose 2 pounds by Christmas. So far, I can only run 1/2 mile in 15 min. So, a lot of hard work…
