  • OP here. Thank you for your suggestions. I did pull out my food scale and weighed my food last night. My estimates were off, what I thought would be 4 ounces was weighed as 2.5. Kinda makes sense tho. When I did HCG you had to weigh exactly 100 grams of raw meat and that’s what it looks like when it’s cooked. So, I’ll keep…
