Goal: 20 Miles I joined this challenge last month, and even though I didn’t obtain my goal, it was still a very enjoyable thread! I often find my other workouts don’t leave much time for running (the reason why my goal seems to low to me, for my own self-standards). Hopefully I can do it this month!

I haven’t been very good about how much I’m eating recently. Fortunately, I haven’t been going crazy on sugar or junk food, but I’ve been feeling hungrier all the time and have been consuming way too many calories. Does anyone have any suggestions? I’m just frustrated with myself because I want to loose weight so badly but…

3/4: Sucess 3/5: Had a small bowl of ice cream late at night, gave into a stressful day of work. 3/6: Same issue again today, stressful day lead to a quick sugar snack! Starting the challenge over again starting today. Considering I actually got 1 out of the three days this time, I’m feeling much better!

Congratulations! One more day to go.

Glad you decided to join us! And of course, any type of sugar in foods that we wouldn’t typically define as sugary foods is fine. The natural sugars in some foods, like kiwi, are very important for our body’s health.

3/4: Success! 3/5: 3/6:

Wishing you the best of luck! I am also going to be retrying (starting today), as I had a busy weekend and could not log.

Starting my second attempt at the challenge today, first attempt was a failure. Three days, no sugar!
-
Going for the three consecutive days is the best way to see how much better you’ll feel after a short break from sugar. But rven just limiting your intake is good, so congratulations!
-
I’ve been really bad about logging, so I’m going to start new today, and completely start over. I generally eat pretty healthy, but I haven’t been losing weight solely because of my late night snacking habits. Time for attempt #2!

Precisely the point of the challenge! Welcome!

Of course! Welcome! Everyonr here is open to motovate each other through the challenge!

I’ve been a bit off with how consistently I log, and had a bit of a binge eating session yesterday. I had gotten down to 132 earlier this week, but that fluctuated this morning. Starting Weight: 135 Challenge Level: 🖤🖤🖤 Current Weight: 134 Goal Weight: 120 2/8 - 135 2/15 - 135 2/22 - 134

Last day if my first round of three days (I intend on doing this multiple times), and first two days have been a failure, but looking to finish off strong! Hope everyone is doing well!

Wow! That’s amazing! Thank you so much for the tips, as I know I have especially been struggling with sugar in the past week or so (part of the reason I started this challenge). Also, I’m so impressed on you’re dedication to your diet. I know I would have snuck a treat in! Congratulations!

Welcome! Don’t worry too much about sugar withdrawal, if you add the correct sugars (such as fruits) you shouldn’t feel any of the symptoms. The challenge can also be done shorter or longer then the original 3 days. Totally up to you! Wishing you the best of luck!
-
Of course! This challenge is open all the time and can be joined by anyone! It honestly doesn’t matter when you start. You can even do it a few times if you’d like! Welcome!

I started this today (it seems weird that I’m a little late to this but here I am), and had to give in because a friend of mine made a vanilla rainbow cake. Hoping to succeed tomorrow!

So actually, there’s products out there specifically designed for this exact issue! There’s one brand that I believe is called glide, and I think it comes in a lotion and spray, and it works great. I’ve used it for open water swims where the water is salty and the constant motion can cause irritation and it works quite…

Just realized I haven’t been posting! Need to update my standings! I can’t remember how everything went this weekend in terms of snacking so I’ll resume using last night Me: 1* LNS: 2

No fears! The cravings get the best of al of us. That’s the main point of this challenge, to help people try to fight their cravings! I have faith in you 💪

Wow! Congratulations on making it through! I also love to bake, and know how hard it is to make it through without snagging a cookie. I’m honestly inspired by how well you’re doing!! Hope everything is well with you too!

That sounds like a great way to start off the challenge! The best of luck to you in your baking, the Valentine’s Day rush is upon us!
