Me: 0 LNS: 1* Okay, I’m not gonna lie, I had a snack. Freshly made cookies got me very last minute. This is so much harder then I anticipted! But hearing about everyone doing so well is gonna motivate me to do better.

I feel your pain!! Those are the sorts of thoughts I get all the time before bed, but I try to tell myself the feeling of accomplishment will be worth the denial of the snack.
