YAY! We can do this!!! I had my regular dr appt today and was happy that they did not diagnose me as diabetic. I have 6 months until my next round of blood work, so I am going to be working hard to keep on track! How are you all doing the last few days?

This is my main reason for losing weight, exercising and eating better. I need to get out of the pre-diabetic range (I may be in the diabetic range, but will find out in 2 days).
