  • Ultimate starting weight: 233 lbs Current: 182 lbs Goal by Easter: 174 lbs 23/2 - 182 1/3 - 179 Quite a drop after coming off the diet break. Gained two pounds on the break and lost three this week so calling it a one pound loss and on target.

  • In. I'm on a diet break until the middle of next week but this is a good way to get into the cut again.   • Day 3 I have just transitioned off Keto so the amount of carbs is a big adjustment, but great to eat pasta, potatoes, and toast again. I've just made a rough plan of my meals for the day and basically realised there is no way I can eat 220g of carbs in three meals, so I've gone full Hobbit and thrown in a second breakfast.
  • I did Keto for a while and sounds like my fourth day (without the satanic number 2). They should call it the Keto gastro bug instead of Keto flu, because that's what it felt like. Was fine the next day.

  • Awesome mega-thread. I've been tracking calories on MFP since October, lost about 12kg (26 lbs) in 17 weeks with another 7kg (15) to go. Has gone pretty easily considering Xmas and New Year but have started to feel hungrier these past few weeks, sleep has gotten worse (hasn't been great on a deficit at the best of times)…
