  • I loove a pool, but I ended up at Planet fitness, let me tell you why. I go out of state and I can find Planet almost everywhere. Planet Fitness is also resonably priced.

  • It can be low potassium and magnesium, you might need a blood test if it contiues. You need to have this done at your doctors office because taking to much can harm your heart.

  • According to my doctor xanax and some blood pressure medications lower heart rate. He thinks that is why I cannot hit my cardio rate set by my age and weight.
