  • It sounds like you're too obsessed about the numbers your watch is telling you, and not about what your body is telling you. Maybe you're not actually burning as much as you think you are. And like a lot of other people said, use a weight, you need to be pretty accurate with your calorie measurements to lose weight. I hope…
