  • I was put on medication when I went through psychosis…I feel your pain…I didn’t want to eat meals but eat full bars of Cadbury chocolates or biscuits and crisps… Have a word with your treatment team to start with and see if there is an alternative medication you can have and switch up the snacks for protein bars and foods…

I know :) I went out at 10…I wasn’t hungry before I went…but I was only hoping to be our for an hour…but my son was just having a blast…so I ended up staying for like 5 hours…I sunburnt now (whoops) When I got back I didn’t even want to cook as I was so hot…but I did :) I will try to eat more I promise :) x

  • I’ve read somewhere whether it’s true is that only having one meal a day…your body lives off that…so it stores fat…I did the same and sort of 1/2 maintained and 1/2 piled it on but that’s because I was put on medication… I’ve found having smaller portions are filling me up Wishing you well and good luck :) xx
  • Totally agree with this! Although it’s hard for me when I’m at work…cereal and toast are or were my go to… But now I’ve had a bacon and egg sandwich this morning and I’m full up…currently preparing dinner :) I agree it is about swapping the carby stuff for low carb and low fat 😁😁

  • There probably is on a non work day… I work 12 1/2 hours at work. I leave the house at 6.30 and I’m not hungry when I’ve just woken up I get a 15 min break in the morning and then an hour for lunch…by the time I get home it’s 8pm…and after a hard days graft I just want a shower and bed :D
