Get to 133.3 - that puts me within 10 pounds of a healthy weight for BMI and out of the overweight category. 2.8 pounds away for mini-goal so hope to get there in the Round 83 10 day challenge!

On weekdays where I hit the gym in the morning I have a latte with 8 oz whole milk and 2 shots of espresso at home around 7:30-8; hit the gym and workout until about 11:15 (cardio and weight training), shower and then go to work and have lunch. I love the skins of baked sweet potatoes - I clean them well with a vegetable brush and often just cook them in the microwave oven. If there are any "ugly spots" just cut them out either prior to baking or after.

During the week a latte - 2 espresso shots with 8 oz steamed whole milk (so around 150 calories) around 7:30. Hit the gym and then eat lunch around noon. During the weekend usually around 300; the latte and 2 eggs or plain yogurt and berries.
