Weighed in today and down 2.8 lbs from last week. I think the scale is off a bit since that has never happened to me and it seems unreasonable. I will take this week:) I've been tracking my food and excercise and that has helped me keep on track. CW start: 175 This week: 172.2 Challenge GW: 165 UGW: 140-144
