💚Hello, ladies! So I'm in South Korea currently and things are a little weird with the Corona virus that's spreading all over. My school is currently closed and my gym has been closed, but reopens this week. Most businesses are open and people are just being very cautious, by wearing masks, washing their hands a lot, and…

Hello, ladies! Sorry I've been a bit MIA lately. Life in South Korea is a bit crazy at the moment; it's not terrible, just very stressful. But I'll be posting the new March group today or tomorrow! Stay safe and healthy wherever you are!!! 💜

Hello again, ladies! I leave for a few days and there's so many comments! Awesome. So I went back to the doctor today (after about 5 weeks of being sick with various nonsense) and he's cleared me to go back to the gym next week for strength and the week after that for light cardio. This is really important for my mindset.…

💜Hello, ladies! So I posted the group, but never posted about my own goals. I spent 3 out of 4 weeks of January sick and ended up on a three day binge in the middle. I still managed to lose 8lbs because apart from the bingeing, I was doing pretty well with eating at/under my calorie limit. However, I am once again sick.…

Hello, everyone! Next month's group is posted in the Motivation and Support forum: 💗Women 200lb+, Let's Stay Fired Up This February!!!💗 Feel free to post there today or wait until Monday.

@snaileatsplants Hey! So the 200lbs+ is the starting off point. You could start at 350lbs or 215lbs and keep posting until you're 150lbs, for example. You can keep posting on here for as long as you'd like.

Hello, all! I've been following, but not posting because work has been a little crazy and I got sick once again. But I will be posting the new February group on Friday, so look out for it!

On the mend from bronchitis...today was the first day my chest didn't hurt when I had to raise my voice (to my students). So happy about that and hoping that this coming Monday I'll be ready again for the gym!!! Also, today I went to Costco and I hit up the food court. Not too long ago I would have sat down with a…

@theleadmare I've been working on regulating my snacks/meals before I know I have to go out for a longer period and it's helped me a lot. I used to think that I'd just save up my calories and eat after I came home, but I'd just be starving and grumpy and then I'd come home and eat ALL the things. Sometimes, this still…

So I was sick earlier in the week with a bad cold and congestion. That passed, but I started to get a bad cough yesterday. Today at work, my chest started to hurt. Went to the doctor at lunch. Turns out I have bronchitis 😷😷😷! I'm so bummed that I can't work out, but I have been eating pretty well, so not all is lost. Just…

The little germ monsters at work got me sick. I went to bed on Sunday with a little bit of congestion and touch of a sore throat, now everything from my throat up hurts and I am hemorrhaging snot. Gross. No gym for me for the next few days, since I had to walk up one flight of stairs and I almost didn't make it cuz I CAN'T…

So ended up going to a foreigner meetup at a bar that ended up at another bar, so I had some fries and a couple screwdrivers. Not exactly healthy, but I feel like it could have gone a lot worse, and I budgeted some calories for it, even though I ended up going over. Overall, not fantastic but I did the best I could and I…

I just joined a gym here in Korea with two of my coworkers. We went for the first time after work and I'm super glad that I did. I've missed working out these last two months what with holidays and moving. I'm really excited that I've got the extra motivation of people at work and built in gym buddies! 💪🏋️💛

@andreab861 Hello and welcome! I love the idea of losing 55 at 55. I'm trying to cut back on processed food and sugar myself. Cutting back on carbs, especially bread, is always the hardest part for me! But we got this!!!
-
@BrownSugar174 Yes, it's definitely important to me to be able to control portion size and to know what's going into my food for a proper calorie count. Also, I really like routine, so knowing what to expect for lunch (I will usually pack the same thing for a week straight) is oddly comforting to me.

SW: 260lbs CW: 229lbs Height: 5'7 💙Happy New Year, ladies!!!💙 I have so many plans for 2020 and I'm excited by this new chapter in my life. My New Year's resolutions are to start creative writing again (I've found a writing buddy), start relearning a second language (I'm meeting with tutors next week) and to get back into…

Greetings, peeps! I'm slowly getting my life right and organized here in Korea. I just got a microwave yesterday and tomorrow someone is giving me a free toaster oven. Apart from that, I've only got two little burners in my apartment, so while I initially cooked chicken and veggies, I was just eating them cold and when…

Hello, all. I have finally moved into my new apartment and I've made a run to buy actual groceries and not just premade stuff I've been living off for 10 days. Now I just need to actually cook. Basically, my goals for these next two weeks are to cook breakfast and dinner myself and have a backup plan for lunch if I hate…

@GroverBlue78 It's in the Motivation and Support forum. Same as this one.

Over the weekend, I watched Brittany Runs A Marathon (just went up on Amazon Video) and if anyone is looking for some inspiration, it definitely provided me some. While the main character starts out just shy of 200lbs (197lbs), her doctor challenges her to lose 50lbs and change her unhealthy lifestyle. When I was watching,…

💜Hello, newbies and oldbies!! So I have made my international move from the US to Korea. I'm currently lying down in a hotel after an almost 29 hour flight (3 planes/1 bus). The bad news is that I don't move into my apartment until next Monday. I was hoping to hit the ground running with cooking and buying healthy…
