And I don't know where you're located, but I've always found that Lane Bryant has the best bras for anyone over a D cup. Their sizes go from 34B to 54K and their website shows you how to measure yourself for aโ€ฆ

  • My mid-month weigh-in was today and I'm on track with a 3 pound loss (well 2.8, but I'm rounding up). I can only weigh myself twice a month or else I get obsessed, but knowing I have to wait two weeks makes me excited. I've only gone swimming twice this month, but I'm really going to try to push myself to make the time andโ€ฆ
  • @jazzadesigns I think that RXBars might be worth a try.They only have a few ingredients and they're very yummy. They can be a little pricey at regular stores, so I buy them at Costco and lately they've had a $4 off coupon there. Good luck on your search! ๐Ÿ’œ

And no one in my life really understands what I'm doing or going through because they're all skinny Minnie's or have good relationships with food.   • If you open the Community tab on the main menu and then scroll down about 11 topics, you'll see Motivation and Support. There might be an easier way, but this new setup isn't super user friendly. If anyone knows an easier/better way, please share.

I know some of that was probably water weight, etc, but it still feels good to see the numbers going down instead of up. It's given me a boost to keep up the exercise and the plant-based diet.
