πHappy July, my lovely ladies!π I lost a few pounds last month, got cortisone shots in both my knees, and started physical therapy! Physically I'm in a much better place than at the start of June, and mentally probably too. My goal this month is consistency in eating habits and in exercise. Work days are easy for meβ¦

May Wrap-Up: 1. Eating healthy/unhealthy about 75/25β 2. Lost about 5lbs β 3. Got an MRI on both my knees and the doctor didn't see any further damage from my old meniscus tearβ but did see some damage from arthritis and wearing down of tissues due to weight β and gave me cortisone shots in both knees to help with the painβ¦

Good news, I think. My knee doctor wants me to get an MRI, but he thinks that all I'll need are sporadic cortisone shots if the images show what he suspects. So fingers crossed that that's the case (and also that my insurance approves it and relatively quickly)!!!! I'm currently looking around for a new pool to go to as heβ¦

I really want to weigh myself before the end of the month, but I know that's a slippery slope because then I'll be weighing myself every day, or multiple times a day, and that's not great for my mental health. Beginning of March Check In: Jan: -9lbs Feb: -4lbs This month, I'm working on building strength (2-3x a week) and doing cardio to make my heart happy--both literally and figuratively--with swimming and a dance class (2-3x a week). I met with a dietican today and we hammered out some numbers that I needed help with (macros,β¦
