Only a week and a bit left this month. I'm hanging in there. Happy Valentine's Day! I had my first Fitness Line Dancing class and it was really fun and everyone was lovely. I was the youngest person in the class and most of the ladies were in their 50's and 60's (and two of them brought their husbands) and at least one lady was in her 70's. My February goal was to start weight training at the women's gym. I started going back to the gym in January, but I hurt my arm so I was just mainly using the treadmill. Last year when I went to this gym, there was a personal trainer that you could hire. But NOW there's a free trainer that does small (1 to 4 woman)โฆ

So my calendar and stickers have really held me accountable and kept me motivated this month. I made a 366 day calendar on Canva, had it printed as a 36x24, and hung it on my wall. Then I ordered a bunch of custom stickers from Etsy. I've exercised 16 times this month and the most fun thing has been putting on the stickersโฆ

Morning, everyone. I splurged on dinner over the weekend, mostly financially and not calorically, and order Korean kimbap and tteokbokki. I'm trying to not put any hard limits on my food, to help my binge eating. And this approach seems to be working for now. If nothing is off limits, then I can't "fail" by eatingโฆ

๐So the first week of November is done and I'm doing really well. I've been to the gym once and the pool three times. I'm also eating more, which sounds counterproductive, but I'm eating at my recommended calorie goal now (about 1850) and I'm feeling better all around. ๐What I've decided to really focus on for the nextโฆ

@justanotherjen13 Congrats on all your progress so far! You can definitely do it! And I love NSVs, especially when it's something that was such a hassle before and now is something that you don't even notice.
