Do your own research. See Dr. Jason Fung, Dr. Walter Longo etc. 1200 cal is not a magic number, nor is it necessary a "starvation number". I won't belabor the topic but educate yourself. If what you are doing is working, great. If not then make a change.

I lost 65 lbs 21 yrs ago. My weight never fluctuates more than 10lbs, usually 5 is my max. A reminder to weigh myself pops up on my calendar every few weeks and I "check in". I'm 5'9" 142 lbs. US size; tops med or small (if short sleeved), pants size 8 (could do 6 but I like pants looser) and skirts are always 6. I'm lean/athletic and carry my weight in my hip/thigh area.
