I developed arthritis in my foot and have been out of action for 18 months now. It had a devastating impact on my physical and emotional health. It’s a great program, I got through it and went onto do 10k, a foot problem has stopped my running but I’m hoping to pick it up again in the future.

I’ve battled with my weight much of my adult life, 3 years ago I lost a lot of weight and started walking and then running, loved it, felt great. Also new to this, I started on MFP 2 weeks ago and have just finished my third day on IF 16:8 today, all going well so far 👍🏼

I always think when you plateau you need to change something. Are you stuck eating the same foods? Are you doing the same type of exercise? Try changing something and see if that starts things moving again.

I’m just starting this, I’ve been easing my way into it over the last couple of weeks and today will be my first 16:8 and I’m aiming for 10-6pm. I’m going to add some of you that said add me hope that’s ok!

It’s very doable, in the past I’ve lost 7st and then 5st so it can be done, just break it down into small chunks so it feels more achievable and doesn’t overwhelm you. You will succeed 💪🏼
