I don't use steroids. I can't take biologics due to a cancer history. I control my psoriasis through diet and taking an oral form of retin A called Acitretin which isn't as hard on your liver and doesn't require blood tests. I passed on UVB also.. I have never smoked. you are correct - steroids are horrible.

I can't take humira or other biologics due to a history of cancer. I have no gluten intolerance or dairy intolerance but I've given them both up regardless. Everyone is different and reacts differently to dietary changes. For me, I know this is leaky gut as over the years it has gotten better/worse depending on my diet ...…
