awesome job!! im new so i hope to have your enthusiasm for working out! my tip (for what its worth) is to take care of your feet! I know a couple runners and their dogs get ravaged. Don't be afraid to give your feet to a nice spa treatment every now and then.

packaged deli meats and slices of cheese are great keto-friendly snacks. also, as with any diet, its not an excuse to binge eat the "approved" foods - this was always my issue
